PRETTY AS PONSONBY - BUT WITHOUT THE HIGH PRICES!
The store is handy for parking (60 min on road), convenient, and of course - as "fabulous" as Ponsonby! (Note: 4pm to 6pm "Clearway")Don't be fooled by the address or the stylishly bold decor, furniture, and timber flooring - our prices are the same! Corporate and business customers - come in, relax, have a coffee - we'll spend some time with you and work out what you need.
Our Ponsonby store has an excellent Internet Cafe for you to use, with a great rate for the quality at only $2 for each half hour! (or part thereof). Enjoy the nice comfy leather chairs, decent LCD screens, cordless mouse and keyboards and nice bright premises! Have a coffee or a cold drink too, perhaps even a loose leaf tea that we can make for you. You can do your printing, copying, scanning, and faxing here too.
WEST AUCKLAND CUSTOMERS - ONSITE & COLLECTIONS/DELIVERIES:

(Collections/deliveries usually mornings around 9:30am and evenings around 6:30pm).
The New Lynn store consolidated with the Ponsonby store in March 2008. All customer records have been integrated with Ponsonby, and we can deal with all warranty issues there too.
We believe we can serve you better from this location, as it is very handy from the motorway, and is more central to more people! :)

The Browns Bay store moved to Ponsonby in October 2007. All customer records have been moved there, and we can deal with all Browns Bay warranty issues from the store.
As we believe there is nobody decent in the upper North Shore to fix your computer, we are happy to collect your computer for you in the mornings or evenings, and return it again to you once repaired.
MORE ABOUT US...
We're different - we're a "bricks and mortar" operation, which means we have real stores, with real people in them. You can always come in and talk things through with our staff - no "email only" and no "overseas nobodies" answering your calls with repeatingly reading from scripts.
We can repair or service your equipment as necessary. This includes transferring your data from your old machine to your new one (even if you don't purchase it from us), right through to being able to reformat and machine, and replace and components your may need such as a hard drive, optical drive, or motherboard.
Our service technicians are real people, you can see and talk to. We don't hide them away in a little room out the back.
When you call us, you're not calling Outer Mongolia and speaking with people you don't understand - our technicians work right there with us, at the stores!
You also know where your equipment is, as you may even be able to see it from the counters - open and honest repairs are what we are about.

We have an excellent range of products on our site, and wherever possible, we've tried to make the descriptions as detailed as we can for you, in order to help you make the best decision on your purchase.
A selection of the main products are available in-store too, in order to complement our service business. If you want to check if we have your item in stock, feel free to give us a call. If we don't, we'll get it in for you - or ship it to you directly!
We don't charge extra for credit cards online, and we don't sting you for hefty freight/courier charges, or "packaging" costs, like some of our shifty competitors do.
